My story 

My name is Eric Sulzer and I am a personal trainer and former competitive fitness athlete in Columbus, Ohio. I am a proud husband and father of two originally from Cleveland, Ohio.

​My Company is called FIITMe for a reason!  FIIT is an acronym that stands for functional, individualized, interpersonal training.  I teach you how to use your WHOLE body to achieve maximum results.  Each training program is customized to fit YOUR needs and goals.  It's a ONE-ON-ONE trainer/client relationship.  

My training method is simple.  I will show you how to get in amazing shape in less than 30 minutes per workout! Using full-body, fast-paced workouts, I will have you feeling and looking amazing!

So how did I come up with all of this?

About 6 years ago, my life was a lot different than it is now!  

I was working out daily.  Eating what I thought were the right foods.  And frankly miserable!

I was cranky all.  the.  time.  

I had no energy.

AND I still had a gut!  

How was I still overweight??

I always chose the gym over EVERYTHING else in my life.  

Yet the person I wanted to be didn't exist.

Feeling tired and frustrated from working out all the time and not eating right, I decided to take some time off. 

That ended up being a huge eye opener for me! 

In my first workout back I felt like I had more energy, performed better and was able to push myself harder in my workouts.

This is when I decided to just workout out 3-4 days per week instead of everyday allowing my body time to rest and recover.  Which I learned was crucial to meeting my goals.

I went from slow methodical movements that isolate different muscles groups, to full body complex movements that worked lots of muscles at once.  Including my brain!

At the same time, I decided to change how I was eating. 

I stopped eating foods like whole grains I had been told were so “healthy” for me and started consuming more healthy fats such as avocados, nuts, butters, cheese, eggs, and high quality meats and fish. 

I began to lose weight, inches from my waist and I felt amazing! 

Seeing the positive affects my workouts and diet were having on me, I decided to try this out with others. 

I wanted to be sure it wasn't just a fluke.

And just as I thought, people I was working with started to lose weight and inches, while feeling energized and stronger than ever!  

My mission now is to be able to share what I learned with those that want to learn it.

To be able to empower others that they CAN achieve optimal fitness and health.
